SS UNITED STATES CONSERVANCY

SLOP CHEST

The slop chest aboard the SS United States was a small store where the ship's crew could purchase basic items such as cigarettes, gum, shaving supplies, apparel, etc.  The SS United States Conservancy offers its own slop chest full of great items, the proceeds from which help support our operating costs, web hosting, mailings, etc. Thanks for taking a look and for supporting our ongoing efforts to restore and preserve the SS United States.
